Alison Goldman focuses on white-collar investigations, defense, compliance, and complex commercial disputes. She previously practiced at a large international law firm in New York, representing corporations and individuals in high-stakes matters — including achieving a favorable civil settlement with the New York Attorney General for one of the largest operators of skilled nursing facilities in New York in a healthcare fraud prosecution. Her experience spans DOJ, State Attorney General, and SEC investigations. Alison earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Notes Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
