Madeline Tatro specializes in regulatory compliance and healthcare transactions, with deep experience advising healthcare companies on corporate compliance and fraud risks — including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback, and False Claims Act concerns. Before joining Health Law Alliance, she worked in-house for multiple healthcare companies, providing recommendations for structuring compliance programs aligned with OIG guidelines, drafting internal policies and vendor agreements, and advising on fraud and abuse risks in proposed acquisitions. Madeline earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, cum laude, with a concentration in healthcare law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Health Law and Policy.
